Andy (universally known as Pinky) was a fearsome middle-order batsman and great cover fielder with a fantastic ‘arm’.
He was a regular for many years, and rarely missed a Saturday game. He was one of the few batsmen to hit the ball on the full into Wiltshire from on the green at Nomansland. He was a true team player.
He holds the NCC 6th wicket record in partnership with Darren Grayer- 142 in 2001 vs North Baddesley.
He won the NCC Best Performance trophy in 1993.
